best kale salad recipe

1 bunch of kale
4 radishes
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
2 Granny Smith apples
3/4 cup flat leaf parsley
3/4 cup mint
1 cup toasted pecans
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 avocado

Chop the kale into very small pieces
Mix all ingredients (except olive oil and lemon juice) in large bowl along with the kale.
Whisk together lemon juice and olive oil.  Pour over salad and toss well.
