monday morning


monday's plan

grocery list according to my plan for the week. some items are staples that we are out of, others are items i will need for dinners later in the week. i go to the grocery store very frequently. it's just part of eating healthy and clean. cook and come clean with me

trader joe's
carrots
celery
cucumber
kale
lemons
organic whole chicken
lamb
limes
light olive oil not extra virgin to make mayo from well fed book
rice vinegar
coconut oil spray
kale

costco

pistachios
coconut water
organic beef
organic chicken breasts
blueberries
raspberries
strawberries
lettuce

monday night dinner and tuesday lunch will be

well fed's chili  page 73
roasted cauliflower or green smoothie

ingredients that I need to buy to make chili: i will also modify to my taste
1 lb ground  beef + 1 lb ground turkey
1 can of beef froth
1 can tomotoes
unsweetened cocoa 

tip: we try not to eat too heavy at dinner and eat a larger lunch to sustain us throughout the day.
