EASY paleo hamburger








































1/2 lb organic ground lean turkey meat
1/2 lb organic ground lean beef
1/2 medium onion diced
one egg
1tsp salt
2tsp italian seasonings

{you may have to adjust your seasonings, i tend not to measure my ingredients so this is my best guess}

combine all ingredients. get your hands in there and mix it up. i let my mixture sit in the fridge for a couple of hours already in patties and ready to grill. 5 minutes on each side on a hot grill. tip: place on parchment paper between burgers while in fridge, i find these patty mixture to be super sticky.

i made a simple salad of organic mixed greens and sunflower seeds with a dash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 1/2 lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. cut up some red onions, pickles and tomatoes for the side. avocado is always a great addition to any dish, unfortunately i forgot mine in the brown bag trying to get them to ripen faster. 

Delish! The whole family was happy with dinner and with small kids in the house you know that is a success.
